THE HOME LABEL
Throughout New Zealand’s first lockdown, The Home Label saw enormous growth, but the true obstacle for them was, ‘how do we maintain our current trajectory when life returns to normal?’
Within 12 months, we saw:
⎯⎯⎯⎯ THE RESULTS
308% increase in engagement on the ads (likes, comments, shares)
657% increase in video views and of that there was a further 868.93% increase in video views to completion
194% increase in link clicks on the ads
136% increase in the number of unique people reached
159% increase in revenue generated through Facebook & Instagram Advertising

Our unique method
Cold Traffic was split out into as much detail as possible to identify potential new customers who had yet to be reached.
Remarketing became extremely specific as we created audiences from engagement, offsite activity, as well as audience groups only available to The Social Lab.
Developed a strategy for ad creation and copy, based on both industry trends and data, and the learnings from the historic account to ensure maximum conversion rate.
Both teams worked collaboratively to create compelling and engaging content and copy. These were perfectly optimised for Facebook and Instagram ads.
“The Social Lab has helped grow our business, introduced new customers to our brand and given us their recommendations for various business strategies. We know we can trust and rely on them to get the best results possible for our brand.”
— Chanel and Annalise, Co Founders of The Home Label
⎯⎯⎯⎯ THE OUTCOME
The Social Lab’s initial focus was to leverage The Home Label’s existing data and learnings to create a sophisticated funnel optimised for their new growth goals.
From this, a strong strategy was formed around both new and repeat purchasers to build lifetime value and longevity for the brand. Once the paid strategy was established, The Social Lab worked closely with The Home Label on ways to improve the wider business. This included, but was not limited to, how to maximise their product launches, restocks and sales overall.
Now that The Home Label is a household name in New Zealand, they’re working to expand their offering nationally and in time, make their way across the ditch to Australian organisation lovers!
Organising is a journey, not a destination and The Social Lab is glad to be part of the ride!
